Hi all, good morning! just wanted to tell you something awesome to me happened yesterday morning! It’s a long story 😂…

On Saturday even though I did core issues for the twinge/discomfort in my chest in the class, it came back again as I progressed with the intention and at one point of time I got really dizzy when I got up, eventually by the end of the day my energy levels were somewhat restored when Charu replaced my chakras, thank you!😊

But soon after I reached home the twinge was more pronounced and I was a little tired to do another session. I don’t feel threatened by the twinge, nor any pain nor do I have anything else, it’s just a feeling that I can’t explain or pinpoint- but it doesn’t feel bad 😇

Back to the story- I started going to the gym 3 weeks ago after a 2year gap- I usually have a PT session twice a week at 6.30 am to slim down for my sister’s wedding – and when woke up on Sunday morning at 5, the twinge was quite uncomfortable than the previous night but not hampering- so I left a little earlier than usual so that incase I need to rest on the way I’d have time

The awesome thing that happened- I generally walk very very slowly and it generally takes me around 15-20 minutes to walk what most people take 7-10 mins … because if I walk fast (I get very winded and tired and it takes me a long time to recover – that’s why I usually take the elevator instead of the stairs)

But the thing is that I reached the gym very early in around 10 mins…because I was walking so fast! The thing is that I didn’t realise I was doing it until I got to the gym – I wasn’t winded or tired at all!!! Usually I am, even if I walk slowly- It was amazing!

My trainer also noticed this and he commented that I was very early! and he tried to push his luck by giving me tougher exercises- For the first time in my life I was able to lift 10 kgs and hold a plank! It’s very tough for me- my heart & lung system usually cannot sustain my strength and stamina for this- not even for 1 second- I held it for 15 seconds multiple times- I did most exercises more quicker than I have ever done with more strength, stamina and lesser recovery time than I ever have done in 28 years!!!!. My trainer was also a little surprised and he said that this is because of consistent exercise and I should keep up the good work (this is only the beginning of my 3rd week). So I know it’s not because of consistent exercise- I have been in a gym/PT program 2 years ago and never felt results like this

I was quite tired yesterday after coming back from the gym after the adrenaline high was over- I’m not used to workouts with that intensity- and as the day went by the twinge became lesser but – it’s completely gone now- What happened, I don’t know… but something in my heart/respiratory & circulatory system is getting fixed- Core Issues – it’s working- 😊😊😊😊🙏🙏🙏🙏😬😬😬😬 – I had downloaded anything I would need for my heart/circulatory/respiratory system on Friday- so may be this is why it said no to downloading a valve the next day? – anyway i’ll do the core issues again a few more times- thanks again Brenda & Charu 😊😊😊😊

and I’ll book an ultrasound & ECG with my cardiologist in a couple of weeks to check what’s changed… I’m excited!! 😬😬

I know my story is very long and gone off the tangent here and there… but I’m so excited and I shortened it as much as I could- I was going to write a whole novel last night 😂
