Time: The healing session typically lasts an hour and twenty minutes including discussion beforehand. This includes pre-session counseling (20 minutes), healing session (45 minutes), and post-session counseling (10 minutes).
Session: The pre-counseling session includes a brief explanation of the healing techniques and allows the client to discuss any goals or specific areas to focus upon during the healing. The post session counseling includes a discussion of your session experience.
